We then extract the facts and intentionally develop a theme and strategic direction for the brand, the marketing, the business, and the culture.
Create The Extraordinary
We then begin the process of expressing the theme through visual and verbal cues. During this step, we create the brand architecture, brand ID and brand standards.
Execute, Institute & Refine
During this phase, we determine how we define success by creating performance standards & KPI’s. We’ll create training materials to create a culture that matches the brand.
Then we refine – keep doing what’s working and change what isn’t. Keep learning and evolving the extraordinary.
